How you can read (or watch) To Kill A Mockingbird and not want to be a lawyer is beyond me.

I love them both. It made me want to be a lawyer but my learning style and lack of funds would never permit it.
I’ve moved on to new goals, but a part of me wishes I became a lawyer.
eh, the process soured me on the high and mighty goals, I must admit. It was never what I expected/wanted it to be.
It’s kinda like wanting to be a DJ because Howard Stern says and does anything he wants and gets paid a boatload of money to do it……..only to discover you’ve got to start working the midnight shift, on weekends, in Podunk, Arkansas for three years to get “experience,” so that you’re skilled enough to move to…..Anytown, Oklahoma…..and realizing you’re not gonna hit New York, or Howard Stern status, any time this life-time…..or the next….
